Students interested in obtaining RBI Fellowship funding:
- Must have been accepted into one of the four participating schools: School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering; School of Materials Science; School of Mechanical Engineering; School of Chemistry and Biochemistry
- Must enroll in the PSE minor program, the requirements and application process of which are described below
- Must apply to a faculty member who has obtained Fellowship funding and engages the student to perform the research
Students apply for funding to professors who have secured fellowship funding for a research topic of interest. Students must complete the RBI Fellowship Student Application form.
It is expected that the faculty advisor, in consultation with the student’s academic committee, will ensure that the merit and quality of the project meet Georgia Tech’s standards and the student’s home school’s requirements. In addition, the student supported by an RBI fellowship must enroll in and complete all PSE course requirements.
